My life was a total mess full of anxiety and alcohol. I was using alcohol to block painful situations. Tina is so approachable and very, very kind. I got few a lot of tissues to mop up the healing tears and the angry tears!! Tears are healing ❤️🩹

The process of booking with Tina was easy and I recommend her services thoroughly. I was put in touch via a friend.
Tina has a lovely welcoming consultation room, makes you feel at ease. She is a lovely person gives you a warm welcome and puts you at ease. She’s easy to talk to and her style of counselling both explores your issues and provides problem solving exercises.
I had several sessions with her and came away feeling much better and that I had worked out a plan to make me feel well.

My therapy sessions with Tina have been extremely helpful for gaining understanding of myself and the internal struggles I have. I have seen other therapists in the past, but not felt I had made progress. With Tina I feel I have gained an awareness of myself and those around me, learnt new ways of thinking, and been shown how to be kinder to myself. All of which have made a huge different to my state of mind. I always leave a session feeling lighter, and like someone has listened and cared, which is often all we need.
